EVENTS
1095. Hon KATE DOUST to the Attorney General
representing the Minister for Mines and Petroleum:
I refer to the minister's answer to question on notice 5729 in
the Legislative Assembly about the 500 Club event at Gershwin's
restaurant on 25 May 2016.
(1) Did any of the minister's personal ministerial staff attend
this event; and, if yes, who attended?
(2) Did the minister or his office receive
any correspondence or emails regarding this event; and, if yes, who sent this
correspondence or these emails and who received them in the minister's
office and on what dates?
(3) Did this correspondence or these emails
contain the names of attendees or potential attendees; and, if yes, what names
were contained in this correspondence or these emails as being attendees or
potential attendees?
(4) Did the minister's diary or day
sheet—however described—for 25 May 2016 contain an entry or
entries relating to any matter concerning the 500 Club event; and, if yes, did
this entry include any names of attendees or potential attendees; and, if so,
what were these names?
(5) Was the minister provided with any other
information by any person in his office regarding this 500 Club event on 25 May
2016; and, if yes, what was the nature of this information and who provided the
information?
