(1) There are currently five active Authorised Inquiries:
- Shire of Toodyay – commenced December 2018;
- Town of Cambridge – commenced April 2018;
- Shire of Perenjori – commenced January 2018;
- Shire of Carnarvon – commenced January 2018; and
- City of Melville – commenced November 2017.
(2) Shire of Wiluna
(a) September 2018
(3) City of Joondalup (NB: authorisation withdrawn, not ‘terminated’.)
