I refer to the business described as a joint venture in the Verve Energy Annual Report 2011–2012 , South West Solar Developments Holdings Pty Ltd, and I ask: (a) are there any entities that Verve Energy believes are part of the joint venture that are not referred to in Verve Energy’s annual report and if so, what is the relationship between Verve Energy, South West Solar Developments Holdings Pty Ltd and this other or these other entities; (b) what assets are held by each entity in this joint venture, including South West Solar Developments Holdings Pty Ltd; and (c) have any assets of these assets been transferred to any of these entities or this entity by Verve Energy and if so, what assets have been transferred, and on what dates?

(a) No.
(b) Verve Energy and  WA Sun Holdings Pty Ltd own equal shares in South West Solar Developments Holdings Pty Ltd (SWSDH). SWSDH holds all the shares in Greenough River Solar Farm Pty Ltd (
GRSF
). GRSF owns all the assets associated with the 10 MW Greenough River Solar Farm.
