I refer to Central TAFE WA, and ask -
(1) Was the course 8809 Advanced Diploma of Business (Legal Studies) ever negotiated with TAC to allow for the course to continue in its present form?
(2) Was a project brief ‘Legal Studies Outcome’ prepared for Central TAFE, ever looked at with a view to keeping course 8809?
(3) What is the reason for this course being discontinued when it is well known that it is the only course in Western Australia that trains legal executives?
