I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question. Based on advice from the Building Commission,
Benchmark Eco-Vision appears to be a trading name of Benchmark Designer Homes
Pty Ltd. The Building Commission received the following types of complaints
against the builder Benchmark Designer Homes Pty Ltd: in 2015, there was one
disciplinary complaint; in 2014, there were six building service complaints and
one disciplinary complaint; in 2013, there was one home building work contract
complaint and two disciplinary complaints; and in 2012, there were four
building service complaints.
