I refer to answers provided to questions on notice 45, 46, 48, 50, 52, 53, 55 and 61, in relation to compensation claims for various METRONET projects, and I ask: (a) how many of the 23 Forrestfield-Airport Link applications that received payment were subject to a non-disclosure agreement; (b) how many of the 38 Yanchep Rail Extension applications that received payment were subject to a non-disclosure agreement; (c) how many of the three Victoria Park-Canning Level Crossing Removal applications that received payment were subject to a non-disclosure agreement; (d) how many of the six Thornlie-Cockburn Link applications that received payment were subject to a non-disclosure agreement; (e) was the payment made in relation to the New Midland Station subject to a non-disclosure agreement; (f) was the payment made in relation to the Byford Rail Extension subject to a non-disclosure agreement; and (g) how many of the five Bayswater Station applications that received payment were subject to a non-disclosure agreement?
