Department of Education's parent liaison office established to support
the resolution of complaints from parents and carers.

Can the minister advise the number of contacts made to the parent liaison
office in 2023 and 2024 to date?
(2) How many staff,
by headcount and FTE, are currently employed within the parent liaison office?

advice and support for 200 complaint processes .
