The Minister Replied:
(a) These funds will be used for purchases of high priority conservation lands, outside of the Gascoyne-Murchison region, for addition to the reserve system.
(b) These funds will be used for purchases of high priority conservation lands in the Gascoyne-Murchison region.
(c) Requests from region are currently being assessed and prioritised for the allocation of $1.6 million.
(d) The allocation is $.3 million 2000-2001, $.6 million in 2001/2002, $0.17 million in 2002-2003 and $.25 million in 2003-2004. The 2000/2001 allocation is shown in the tabled paper.
