I refer to C-series trains, and I ask: (a) has the Public Transport Authority (PTA) undertaken any staff surveys regarding/including any questions about C-series trains in the past two years; (b) if yes to (a), can these results be tabled; and (c) if no to (a), how is the PTA judging staff response, views and identified issues, in relation to the C-series trains, particularly given the strong views contained in the train drivers union survey report?
