I refer to the proposed development at lot 62 Croyden Road, Roleystone. (1) Is the minister aware that the Department of Health has advised that it would not approve the sewage treatment system proposed for the development that lot 62 is being rezoned for? (2) How will the minister address this issue before she makes her decision on this proposal? (3) Is the minister aware that the Department of Health has advised that the Department of Environment and Conservation would be unlikely to approve the proposal due to the very high nutrient levels in the treated sewage?
