government agreed to the ''Rail Freight Corridor Land Use Agreement
(Narrowgauge) and Railway Infrastructure Lease'' between the Western
Australian government and WestNet Narrow Gauge Pty Ltd, Australia Western
Railroad Pty Ltd and Australian Railroad Group Pty Ltd being assigned to any
other party?
(2) If yes to (1), whom has it been assigned to?
(3) If no to (1), does the original lease still exist or has
a new lease been signed?
(4) If a new lease has been signed, what is the name of the
new lease?
