1301. Hon MICHAEL MISCHIN to the Leader of the House representing
the Attorney General:
I refer to the Attorney General's
partial answer to my question without notice 1237 of 24 October 2019 regarding
disclosure of telecommunications interception warrants.
(1) Confirm by
way of a ''yes'' or ''no'' answer whether he has
revealed, directly or indirectly, to the Premier or to any of his cabinet
colleagues whether current or former members of this Parliament have been named
in any such warrant obtained by the Corruption and Crime Commission.
(2) If yes, to
whom and when, and in what circumstances?
