UNDERGROUND POWER PROGRAM — Rounds 4 and 5
I refer to the state government’s underground power program. (1) Will the minister guarantee that all projects yet to be finalised under round 4 and all round 5 projects will be eligible for the 50 per cent pensioner and seniors rebate whether a local government uses section 6.37 or section 6.38 of the Local Government Act to charge ratepayers? (2) If no to (1), why not? Hon PETER COLLIER
