The amount that has been allocated on page 20 of the budget speech to provide relief for people as a result of the change in logging policy is $61.1 million, as opposed to the $76 million that was originally referred to by the minister; and I have heard the minister say he did not think that would be enough.  Can the minister tell the people of Western Australia, particularly those involved with the south west forests, how that package will be applied and whether he believes that $61.1 million will be adequate for the task?
