1. CTF’s financial investments are held across multiple term deposits of varying durations and interest rates. As at 30 May 2025, the total value of financial investments on the balance sheet was $88 million AUD.

Not applicable. CTF’s financial investments are not externally managed and do not involve third-party fund managers.
(c)-(d)
Financial investments are managed and reported in line with CTF’s Cash Management Policy, Investment Policy, and Operational Risk Management Policy. These policies have been developed in accordance with the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund and Levy Collection Act 1990 .
