ALCOA — SUPPLEMENTARY PROPERTY PURCHASE PROGRAM
I ask the following questions about Alcoa’s supplementary property purchase program. (1) Will the minister table the terms of engagement for the administrator, Hendy Cowan? (2) Did Alcoa sign an agreement to extend the SPPP deadline? (3) Can the minister confirm that Alcoa instructed valuers to value eligible SPPP properties at affected market value? Hon KATE DOUST

(1) The terms of engagement of the administrator, Mr Hendy Cowan, are to administer the SPPP according to the provisions of the deed of undertaking between Alcoa and the state. The deed is a public document. (2) No. (3) The independent valuers working on the SPPP are commissioned by and report to the administrator, not Alcoa.
