I refer to question on notice No. 772, May 15 2003 and the answer provided -
(1) Given that the Minister for State Development has not provided clear, concise, relevant and free from argument answers which has specifically addressed questions 1 and 2 will the Minister now ask the Department to provide clear, concise, relevant and free from argument answers to both of these questions?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Can the Minister explain why himself and the Department cannot specifically address the concerns I have raised as questions 1 and 2 and provide answers which are on the public record?
(4) If no to (3), why not?
(5) In not providing answers to both of my questions 1 and 2 is the Minister or the Department trying to avoid or concealing improper decisions which may have been made by the Department or the Minister?
(6) If no to (5), why has the Minister deliberately evaded answering both of these questions?
