With regard to Budget Estimates 2003-04 one of the Office of Water Regulation’s major initiatives for 2003-04 (Output1 - Water Service Operating Licences) is to develop ‘an information package and reporting template to assist licensees to determine their revenue requirements based on National Competition Policy guidelines for determining full cost pricing’ (p603, Budget Paper No. 2) -
