VenuesWest—Eastside Concrete
210. Hon Nick Goiran to
the parliamentary secretary representing the Minister
for Sport and Recreation:
I refer to the
minister's answer on 9 December 2025 to my question without notice 1232 in
which the house was informed that VenuesWest had not yet received written
advice from the Western Australia Police Force regarding a contract it awarded
to Nitro Works Pty Ltd trading as Eastside Concrete.
(1) Has VenuesWest now received formal
advice from WA police that was requested on or before 4 December 2025?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) Has the contract with Nitro Works
been terminated or amended?
(4) If yes to (1) or (3), when did this
occur and will the minister table the advice, termination notice or amendment?

of the Opposition for some notice of the question. I provide the following
answer on behalf of the Minister for Sport and Recreation.
(1)–(4) VenuesWest sought and received police
clearances from directors and relevant Nitro Works personnel.
