his new style but according to the independence that it currently enjoys. Why

Where we clearly have a different point of view is that the member believes
that once a decision has been made independently of government to approve
funding for an organisation, that somehow it makes it political that the local
member of Parliament hands it out. The local member is elected by his
constituents who want him to get along to these events. Members opposite think
it makes it political that that person goes and hands it out. How political is
it when members opposite are in government and hand it out? How political is
that?
