1012. Hon Nick Goiran to
the Leader of the House representing the
Minister for Education:
I refer to the
minister's answer to my question on notice 557 regarding students on a risk
assessment management plan (RAMP).
(1) Can the minister
confirm that as at 8 August 2025, four students were still attending the same
school as the student they were charged with having harmed?
(2) What is the most up-to-date number of:
(a) students on a RAMP who are attending the same
school as their victim; and
(b) exclusion orders that have been made under
section 96G(l) of the School Education Act 1999 ?
(3) Has the minister received any briefing on the
operation of the exclusion process?
(4) If yes to (3), is the minister satisfied on
the basis of that briefing that the reforms are operating as intended?
