I refer to tabled reports on 15 October 2018, GHD January 2018 and the Preliminary Site Investigation, Lots 8019, 9105 and 9067 Dalyellup, Greenpatch Development , RPS, November 2016, which were used to classify the Greenpatch as "report not substantiated". Given that the lot or part of lot 9105 is undergoing reclassification and could potentially be amended to contaminated, "remediated for restricted use", I ask: (a) will these reports be discounted for the classification of the Greenpatch Lots 8019, 9105 and 9067; (b) if no to (a), why not; (c) if yes to (a), will the Minister advise the Western Australian Planning Commission to reject development of the Greenpatch; and (d) if no to (c), why not?
