I refer to revelations over recent months surrounding governance failures at Gold Corporation and the Auditor General Compliance Frameworks for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorism Financing Obligations (CTFO) and I ask: (a) During the time you were Minister responsible, did Gold Corporation have a risk rating against all customers; and (b) When the Gold Pass product launched is it true that best practice risk management was not possible due to the fact there was no single view of a customer making AML/CTF obligations difficult?
