I refer to the formation of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) on 1 July 2017, as a result of merging the Department of Commerce and Department of Mines and Petroleum, and I ask: (a) since that time, how many complaints has the Department received regarding Mr Trung Tran; (b) how many of those complaints are yet to be finalised; (c) what positions within the Department has Mr Tran held since 1 July 2017; (d) in which of the six operational groups within the Department was Mr Tran employed in the 2019 calendar year; and (e) further to (d), which of the Department’s two Ministers oversees that group?
