representing the Minister for Health:
I refer to the
number of deaths recorded in Western Australia.
(1) What was the total number of deaths recorded in
each calendar month from January 2020 to January 2023?
(2) Does the government have processes to analyse the
possible reasons for above average numbers of deaths?
(3) If yes to (2), what are those
processes and how are they triggered; and, if no to (2), why not?
(4) Is the
government currently conducting analysis of the number of deaths being recorded
in the state?
