is there any written or unwritten policy, guideline, protocol or administrative
practice to supplement the Fund from another State Government source;(b) If yes to (a):(i) what is that policy, guideline, protocol or
practice;(ii) when was it adopted; and(iii) by whom was it approved or authorised;(c) Regardless of whether such a policy exists, was
