CANNABIS INFRINGEMENT NOTICES
(1) How many individuals received a cannabis infringement notice, of the 6 909 cannabis infringement notices issued since 23 March 2004? (2) Of those individuals issued with a cannabis infringement notice, how many - (a) elected to be prosecuted for the alleged offence in court; (b) paid the modified penalty for the offence within 28 days after the issue of the notice; or (c) completed a cannabis education session within 28 days after the issue of the notice?
