(a) Four
(b) Meetings occurred on 18 April 2013, 15 August 2013, 20 November 2013, and 4 February 2014.
(c) Padbury Mining Ltd provided information on its plans, including its proposed mining project and proposed port and rail infrastructure project. There was general discussion relating to Padbury Mining's plans.
(d) Attendees at the various meetings included Mr Stephen Wood, Ms Gail McGowan and
Mr Brett Sadler from the Department of State Development, Mr Gary Stokes and
Mr Terry Quinn from Padbury Mining, Mr Jeff Perrey and Mr Ken Grimmond from Alliance Super Holdings Pty Ltd (or a related company) and an engineering consultant acting for Padbury Mining.
