(1) Is the minister aware of community concerns over allegations of undue pressure from the Government being placed on the Albany Port Authority for it to encourage the building of short-term residential accommodation and/or a restaurant on the foreshore near the proposed small boat harbour adjacent to Princess Royal Drive? (2) Is the minister and/or her department aware that at a recent meeting of the Albany waterfront project reference group, a motion was moved by the Albany port manager, and seconded by the member for Albany, Peter Watson, to approve and/or recommend the construction of short-term residential accommodation on the same foreshore? (3) Is the minister and/or her department aware that the Albany community voted overwhelmingly against the construction of any residential accommodation on the Albany foreshore in 1999? Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH
