For the period between 1 September 2025 and 31 December 2025: (a) how many referrals did the Perth Children’s Hospital Gender Diversity Service receive: (i) how many of these referrals were biologically male; and (ii) how many of these referrals were biologically female; (b) how many children and adolescents received treatment via the Perth Children’s Hospital Gender Diversity Service: (i) how many of these patients were biologically male; and (ii) how many of these patients were biologically female; (c) how many children and adolescents commenced stage one puberty blocker treatment: (i) how many of these patients were biologically male; and (ii) how many of these patients were biologically female; (d) how many children are currently receiving stage one puberty blocker treatment: (i) how many of these patients are biologically male; and (ii) how many of these patients are biologically female; (e) how many children commenced stage two cross-sex hormone treatment: (i) how many of these patients were biologically male; and (ii) how many of these patients were biologically female; (f) how many children and adolescents are currently receiving stage two cross-sex hormone treatment: (i) how many of these patients are biologically male; and (ii) how many of these patients are biologically female; (g) what was the age of the youngest child to receive treatment in this period; and (h) what is the age of the youngest child who has ever received treatment?
