I refer to question on notice No. 4306 and your answer on 16 August 2011 -
(1) Why is the Minister not prepared to answer parts 5 and 6 of the question with a discreet figure for each operator?
(2) Does the Minister accept that providing a full and complete answer is part of being an open and accountable Government as Mr Barnett promised to the electorate?
(3) Will the Minister now advise on the data for 2009, 2010 and the first six months of 2011 with respect to each bus contract operator -
(a) how many penalties did the Public Transport Authority impose on them for early, late or missed trips in 2010;
(b) what was the total value of penalties for each operator in 2010;
(c) are there any reasons why a penalty for early, late or missed trips will not be imposed; and
(d) If yes to (3)(c), what are these reasons?
