complaints has the department received relating to the operations of the City of
Cockburn for the years 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18: (a) how
many complaints were categorised as serious; (b) list the issues on which the
complaints were based; (c) please provide a breakdown of the department's responses to the complaints; (d) has
the Minister met the City of Cockburn Chief Executive or councillors regarding the
complaints: (i) if yes, when,
where and with whom did the Minister meet; and (ii) what
was the outcome of each meeting; and (e) has
