With regard to the activities of a group of high divers associated with Red Bull advertising promotion in the Kimberley at the ‘Weed Farm’, ‘Herbie’s Hideaway’, ‘Billies Brook’ and ‘Grass Hill’ -
(1) Did Red Bull or the high divers seek any permission in relation to their activities in the vicinity of the locations outlined above?
(2) If yes, how was this permission sought?
(3) Was any permission needed?
