(b) if other Independent Members of Parliament are not to be issued with Electrac, why is the Member for Ballajura being given a special dispensation?

Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises:
(a-b) The proposal from Magenta Linas Software Pty Ltd for the provision of electorate information management systems was made on the basis that the Electrac product could only be supplied to ALP Members of Parliament.
Electrac was provided to the Member for Ballajura when he was an ALP Member of Parliament.
Magenta Linas Software Pty Ltd has not made a request for the software to be withdrawn from the Member for Ballajura.
