I refer to Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 2 at page 537 "Appropriations, Expenses and Cash Assets", and ask: (a) will the Minister provide a list of all Government agencies and not-for-profit organisations to be funded by the Mental Health Commission to deliver mental health services in the South West region; (b) if no to (a), why not; (c) for each of the agencies and organisations listed in (a), provide details of the total funding allocated; (d) for each of the agencies and organisations listed in (a), provide details of the mental health services/program to be provided by the agency/organisation; and (e) the location of the agency/organisation and its catchment/service area?
