Office of the Premier:
(1-14) On the 23rd of September 2010, the Premier met with representatives of Hancock Prospecting, including Hon. Cheryl Edwardes in her capacity as an Executive General Manager to discuss matters relating to Hancock's operations in Western Australia.
Since the 23rd of September, the Premier has met Hon. Cheryl Edwardes formally on one other occasion, again representing Hancock Prospecting, on issues relating to local content in Western Australia. The Premier may also meet Hon. Cheryl Edwardes in a social capacity.
From time to time, staff of the Premier's office meet with Hon. Cheryl Edwardes in her capacity as a former member of Parliament, as a representative of the Victims of Crime Reference Group or as a representative of Hancock Prospecting.
Notes at these meetings are taken as required.

Ms Edwardes represents Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd at the meetings in the position of Executive General Manager, External Affairs Government Relations and Approvals. These meetings commenced in July 2010 and will continue until the project receives approval under the Railway (Roy Hill Infrastructure Pty Ltd) Agreement Act 2010.

(11) The Department of State Development recorded notes and action items at some of these meetings.
(12) Most of the meetings were held at the Department of State Development's office, with some at the Office of the Premier and Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd.
