representing the Minister for Health:
I refer to school health nurses
employed by the Department of Health.
How many school health nurses, by
FTE, have been identified as being required to meet current demand for these
services in —
(a) the Child and Adolescent Health
Service; and
(b) the WA Country Health Service?

provided by the Minister for Health.
(a)–(b) Current
school health services are being delivered on a partnership basis between the
Department of Education, the Child and
Adolescent Health Service, and the WA Country Health Service. School health nursing
FTE is allocated based on school enrolments, priority health issues and needs
of a school community.
