❓ Hon Nick Goiran requests the Premier table previous versions of the WA Government Pandemic Plan from 2006, 2008, and 2014. The Premier tables the 2006 and 2008 versions but declines to table the 2014 draft as it was never finalised or published.

I refer to the response to my question without notice 246, asked on 16 March 2023, and the 'Amendment List' on page ii of the Western Australian Government Pandemic Plan , dated March 2020, and I ask : (a) will you table the previous versions dated July 2006, November 2008, and April 2014?

(a) The version of the Western Australian Government Pandemic Plan that predated the 2020 Plan was the Western Australian Human Influenza Pandemic Plan (Plan), revised in November 2008. Both this Plan and an earlier revision made in 2006 are publicly available, however, for the Member’s convenience, I now table copies of each Plan. Work was undertaken in 2014 to review and revise the Plan. As part of that process, a draft reference to an April 2014 version of the Plan was included in the Amendment List on page ii of the Plan. The 2014 revisions remained as draft and were not finalised or published. The draft revisions were reflected in 2020 when the document was formally updated to become the Western Australian Government Pandemic Plan . As the draft revised 2014 version of the Plan was never finalised or published, it is not appropriate to table it.
