I refer to the report of the Perth City Rail Advisory Committee, now delayed by four weeks, which will recommend a preferred option for the city route of the southern rail link, and ask - (1) Has the committee requested three extensions of time for completion of the report because it has so far been unable to give unanimous support to the Government’s preferred route? (2) Has the Government requested advice from consultants on how the private sector could be involved in funding the city route of the southern rail link? Ms MacTIERNAN
