Given the Premier’s statement yesterday that Hon Shelley Archer and Hon Anthony Fels were part of a conspiracy against the state when they promoted a committee hearing into the state’s iron ore policy, will the Premier now institute an inquiry into the role of parliamentary inspector Malcolm McCusker, QC in relation to this matter, and is the Premier prepared to stand him aside?
