DAMPIER PORT AUTHORITY — LEASE FEES
I refer to proposals for an increase in lease rental fees for Oceanic Offshore supply base by Dampier Port Authority. (1) Does the minister support the proposal to increase the rental charge from 60c to $8 a square metre for this vital local marine service business? (2) Will the minister review this proposed hike in Dampier Port Authority land rental charges and ensure that the rise reflects a genuine independent valuation? Hon SIMON O’BRIEN
