(1) For each of the following two months periods, February and March 2015, and May and June 2015, and for each of the public schools within the South West Development Commission area, what was the: (a) average number of teachers, by headcount and FTE: (i) how many of the teachers, by headcount and FTE, were casuals; (b) average number of total education assistants, by headcount and FTE: (i) how many of the total education assistants were casuals, by headcount and FTE; and (c) average number of each: (i) special needs education assistants, by headcount and FTE; (ii) mainstream education assistants, by headcount and FTE; and (iii) Aboriginal Islander education officer, by headcount and FTE? (2) for each of the schools identified in (1), for 2015: (a) how many students were enrolled at the school in semester 1; (b) of these: (i) how many students were full fee paying visa students; (ii) how many students were kindergarten students; (iii) how many students were full-time; (iv) how many students were part-time; and (v) how many students were Aboriginal or Islander; and (c) what was the total one-line funding amount paid to the school in 2015? (5) While it is acknowledged that since 2015 and under the student centre funding model, principals are responsible for determining the portion of their one-line budgets to spend on salaries and for determining the types and number of staff to employ, does the Minister agree that principals must make these decisions within the funding allocation provided to the school?
