I refer to the EnergySafety division within the Department of Commerce and ask, for the 2009-10, 2010-11 and the 2011-12 reporting periods respectively: (a) how many EnergySafety full time equivalents (FTE) were allocated to inspections and investigations; (b) where were each of the FTE in (a) located; (c) how many of these positions were vacant; (d) where were the vacant positions located; (e) of the FTE in (a), how many were: (i) ongoing public sector employees; and (ii) employed under fixed-term contracts; and (f) for each of those employed under contract, what is the term of their contract?
