Further to the response to question without notice No. 594 asked on 23 June 2016, can the Minister please advise: (a) whether all contractors listed meet the Australian Taxation Office employee/contractor test; and (b) whether all contractors listed meet the Australian Taxation Office contractor test for superannuation payments, when they are paid based on a fixed-piece rate, an hourly or a daily rate?

a) Yes all contracts listed meet the contractor test.
b) The contracts listed in question without notice No. 594 have been assessed and are not eligible for superannuation payments under the Australian Taxation Office contractor test. The services are provided as and when required to meet the needs of the Department and not an agreement amount of hours per week or month.
