I refer to the Department of Housing and Works Community Housing website which states "Community housing is affordable housing for people on low to moderate incomes with a housing need" and I ask: (a) What is the State Government's current definition of "low to moderate incomes" in dollar terms, including: (i) the maximum and minimum income (or income ranges) that qualifies as "low incomes"; and (ii) the maximum and minimum income (or income ranges) that qualifies as "moderate incomes"?

(a) (i- ii) The Member may be unaware that there are multiple programs funded across State and Federal governments that provide social and affordable housing, as such, there is no singular definition of low to moderate income in dollar terms.
Applicants complete the Housing Options Assessment to determine which options they are eligible for based on current household circumstances.
