parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Regional Development:
(1) Has the minister received correspondence
from Thomas Legal in relation to the matter of the Ashburton Aboriginal
Corporation's acquisition of lot 307 in Tom Price?
(2) If yes to (1),
on how many occasions?
(3) When will the minister answer the
matters contained within these letters and the substantive request for a
meeting to resolve the matters pertaining to the acquisition of lot 307 in Tom
Price?
(4) Is the minister aware that
correspondence on this issue has been occurring with the Department of Regional
Development and the Department of Lands since 21 March 2011?
