I refer to the resumption of land in respect of Wellington location 2980 from Mr N.J. and Mrs H.J. Wiese for the relocation of the Coalfields Highway. (a) What is the current status of resumption of this land? (b) What compensation has been paid to the owners to date? (c) Have the landowners expressed concern at the quantum of compensation paid to date? (d) Have representations been made on behalf of the landholders by a licensed land valuer seeking increased compensation?
