I refer to Government's Local Projects, Local Jobs (LPLJ) scheme overall, and the repeated assurance that LPLJ is being administered in accordance with "existing state government grant delivery processes and procedures which include reporting and acquittal requirements", and I ask: (a) at a whole of government level, which State Government reporting and acquittal requirements represent best practice, and have they been applied to the LPLJ program; (b) have all LPLJ projects been subject to a consistent application of these reporting and acquittal requirements, or do they differ between departments, and to what degree do they differ; (c) does/did the Department of Premier and Cabinet maintain an overwatch of the aforementioned reporting and acquittal requirements for all LPLJ projects; and (d) further to (d), is/was the Premier and/or the Parliamentary Secretary to the Premier responsible for ensuring compliance with the aforementioned reporting and acquittal requirements?
