price of the land sold; and
(b) what is the stamp duty on this
property transaction?
(4) If the land is to be leased —
(a) what are the conditions of the
lease;
(b) what is the lease fee per year;
and

site owned by the state government; and, if yes, will the minister provide
answers to (1) to (4) for the Fremantle site?

Several members interjected.
The PRESIDENT :
Order, members! We have a system, thankfully, that Hansard gets a copy of the
answer; otherwise I do not know how they would make any sense out of that with
all the interjections.
Several members interjected.
The PRESIDENT : Order! The parliamentary secretary
wants to complete his answer.
Hon COL HOLT : Yes, I do not get many so it is
great to be able to answer!
(5) The
Department of Lands is of the understanding that the proposed Hilton Hotel site
on Point Street, Fremantle, is held in freehold title and not by the state government.
