I refer to question on notice No. 2582 asked on 17 February 2015, and ask: (a) have any contractual
obligations been breached by the company in relation to the email sent by Mr
Steve Heegie to Mr Gratton Wilson; (b) if no to (a), why not; (c) if yes to (a), what
penalties apply and what will the Minister do about this breach; and (d) now that the Minister is aware that
some drivers in this company have been exceeding the speed limit in the bus bay
at the Esperance Senior High School and therefore contravening the Road Traffic
code and increasing the risk of an accident, what action will the Minister
require of the Department of Transport to ensure that such incidents do not reoccur and therefore ensure the safety of the students in and around the bus bay?
